THE TIPS IS:
  1. Walk A lot : Sure, you could get a bus from one museum to the next, but why not walk for 30 minutes instead ? Tray to walks as many kilometres as you can each day while sightseeing. There always plenty to keep you entertained when you're wandering a foreign city, so you'll keep trim and have fun at the same time.
  2. Do Your Research : "Look up healthy cafes, health-food shops, juice bars, and farmers' markets in the destination you're visiting before yo head off on holiday," suggests Rutledge, "You'd be surprised what you can come across."
  3. Relax : You're on hol, so just le all that day-to-day stress fade away. It might even help you slim down! "A lot of people find they actually lose weight when they're on holidays because they stop stressing," explains Rutledge. "When you're stressed, you release cortisol, and axcess cortisol in in our system can contribute to retained body fat, particularly around the middle." Whell, that's a great excuse to CHILL OUT!.
  4. Pick Your Destination Wisely : Dont' go to somewhere cold where you'll rup up and sip hot chocolate all day!" Try a health retreat in Acheh or Sabang, Acheh Destinations are also great as they have lot of fresh produce on offer and less junk food.
  5. Don't Overeat : Self- control, ladies. One of the biggest mistakes we make is overeating, just becausw we're in who-care-if-i-stuff-my-face-i'm-on-holiday mode. Rutledge says to limit yourself to one indulgent meal per day - if you have croissants and coffee for breakfeast, choose lean protein and greens for dinner.
  6. Get Moving : Being on holiday doesn't mean you should stop working out. Rutledge suggests packing some trendy kicks and nice exercise gear, and hiring a bike or walking/running around your destination to take in the sights "It's a great way to start your day, reduce jet lag, and earn a delicious breakfast,'.
